website. The features available in this website represent

This website is a template that can be customised to a high degree to meet
requirements. Just take a look and see what you can get.
Prospective Tenants may:
Register their details specifying their basic renting requirements re budget, location and date etc.
Having registered they may access basic tenancy documents ( tenancy agreements, guarantor forms etc )
available in PDF format. They can view available properties in five
different ways, e.g. student or professional,
properties by rent or district, or just do a quick property search, and view location with Google Map.
Existing Tenants may:
Login into their password protected account and view details of their current tenancy agreement, account
history and tenancy balance, and email the letting agent details of any repairs required for their property.
Prospective Landlords may:
Register their basic details and the number of properties to be managed.
Existing Landlords may:
Login into their password protected account and view or download their
statements in PDF format,
and email the letting agent details of any repairs required relating to any of their properties.
The
Letting Agent may:
Customise the main menu header, change the three images for use in the flash header,
change the colours of the menu buttons and the background colours of the menu.
Customise the homepage, landlord
services page, the aboutus page, and contact details. Within contact details
they can specify up to four optional contact names + email addresses together with an emergency
Agents may also upload tenant account histories and landlord statements ( in PDF format )
from RentAccom. Tenants and Landlords have password protected access to their respective accounts.
Upload from RentAccom property details and images, property types, connections, districts and latest news.
Download repair details
submitted by landlords or tenants directly into RentAccom and receive repair details
by normal email at the same time.
Manage the site by use of the admin toolbox.
The basic toolbox allows the site administrator
to turn options on or off a required. See the optional features list on the left.
The Advanced Site Manager
The Advanced Site Manager is a separate module and not part of the basic tool box. In addition to the
features in the admin toolbox this facility enables the site administrator to really make the most use of the
site.
Features within the Site Manager
include -
The admin toolbox - Site statistics, details of visits and registrations on a daily, monthly and annual basis -
The Data Manager, identifies any data items missing from the main property records - Upload, amend or
delete tenancy related PDF documents - Add new property images and records on the fly - View, amend or
delete tenant or landlord passwords - View prospective tenant and landlord registrations - Amend a wide
range of items including property details, property types, connections, districts - Setup, amend or delete
New Instructions or Property of the Week as and when required.
